Winemaker Notes: The grapes are harvested by hand, and the whole bunches are vinified with stems, contributing to the wine's complexity. Fermentation is spontaneous using indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 9 months in oak barrels, foudres, and concrete tanks, adding subtlety and depth while respecting its fruity and fresh character.
