  1. UPS Ground Shipping:

    • We offer UPS Ground shipping for all orders within the United States.

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

    • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days.

  2. Local Delivery:

    • We offer local delivery for customers in the following Miami-area ZIP codes:

      • 33125, 33126, 33128, 33129, 33130, 33133, 33134, 33135, 33145, 33146, 33155, 33165, 33174, 33193, and 33173.

    • Local delivery is available Monday through Saturday.

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

    • A flat fee of $10 applies to all local deliveries.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for local delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Happy Wine Calle Ocho complies with all federal and state regulations regarding the shipping of alcoholic beverages.

  • An adult signature (21 years or older) is required upon delivery for all orders containing alcohol.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or addresses outside of the United States.

Local Delivery Requirements:

  • The recipient must be present to receive the order.

  • Valid identification (21 years or older) must be presented at the time of delivery.

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at JC@happywinemiami.com or Joanna@happywinemiami.com.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging for a replacement or refund.

Weather Delays:

  • Please note that severe weather conditions may cause delays in shipping and delivery times.

  • We will make every effort to inform you of any delays caused by weather events and appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Returns Policy:

  • We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.

  • Bottles must be unopened and in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
