In Store Pickup

How do I know my order is ready?

For all pickup orders, we will send you an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up, we will also reach out to you by phone if provided to let you know that your order is ready for pickup.

 What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?

When picking up your order, we ask that you present:

  1. Government-issued photo ID.
  2. Your order confirmation.

How long will you hold my pickup order before restocking it?

Once we’ve notified you that your order is ready, we will hold it for 3 days from the selected pickup date.

 

Local Delivery

Food & Wine are available for delivery within a 2 mile radius of our store, this delivery can be requested for same day or future delivery. Please note that if any of the items requested are unavailable, you will be contacted and your order will be updated to reflect availability. If you are outside of our delivery zone, we will cancel our local delivery and only be able to provide you with wine shipped to you. If you are outside of our delivery zone for food, we recommend you to use one of our delivery partners such as UberEats, GrubHub etc, which may deliver outside of our 2 mile radius.

 

Regular Shipping

We ship wine to the Continental United States. If any food is selected for this shipping method, it will automatically be deleted from your order. Once we receive your order, we will usually ship it within 1 business day. Shipping time may vary based on shipment method and quantity.

 

Returns

Unopened merchandise may be returned, for a 15% restocking fee. There are no returns for food purchases.
